Information we collect
Newsletter
When you join the newsletter, we collect your email address, optional first name, consent status, signup source, and signup date. These records are stored in the site database so Chronicles Billing Inc. can manage subscriptions and send educational or promotional messages.
Community
If you sign in with ChatGPT and post in The Coding Corner, the site receives an account identifier, email address, and name from the sign-in service. Community posts store your account identifier, displayed name, message, channel, and posting time. Your displayed name and message are visible to signed-in community users.
Device-only information
The Practice Hub saves checklist selections in your browser’s local storage. The Résumé Studio processes its form entries and TXT files in your browser and does not intentionally transmit or save that résumé content to the site database.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, request time, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
- Provide newsletter, community, and site features you request.
- Attribute community posts and support moderation and safety.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell résumé content submitted to the browser-based Résumé Studio.
Email and service providers
Newsletter addresses are currently saved to the site database. If Chronicles Billing Inc. later connects Mailchimp or another email delivery provider, subscriber information may be processed by that provider to deliver messages and manage unsubscribes under its own privacy terms. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe method.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers that host, authenticate, secure, or operate the site; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including moderation, security, and legal obligations. Community messages may remain until removed or moderated.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, clear local storage through your browser, avoid community posting, or request access, correction, or deletion through an official Chronicles Billing Inc. business contact channel. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for security.

External websites have their own privacy practices. This career and professional education site is not directed to children under 18. We may update this notice as features or legal requirements change; the effective date will show the latest revision.
