Your draft is processed on your device. The current Résumé Studio does not intentionally upload or save your résumé, job description, selected skills, or form answers to the CPC Career Launchpad database.
What happens to your information
Text you type or paste is held temporarily in the active browser page. If you choose a TXT file, your browser reads that file locally to populate the form. Refreshing or closing the page normally clears the studio fields because the résumé tool does not place them in persistent browser storage.
The Copy button uses your device clipboard. The Save PDF button opens your browser’s print function. Clipboard, print, downloaded PDF, browser extension, and device behavior are controlled by your browser, operating system, and installed software—not by this tool.
Remove sensitive information first
Before pasting or selecting a file, remove patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license or professional-license numbers, home address if unnecessary, banking information, passwords, employer-confidential data, and any other protected or sensitive information.
Accuracy and responsible use
The studio creates a starting draft from your answers. It does not verify credentials, accuracy rates, completed cases, education, employment, or proficiency. Review every statement, correct errors, and never present classroom or Practicode work as paid employment. Use only skills and accomplishments you can truthfully support.
Limits
The output is not legal or individualized career advice and does not guarantee ATS compatibility, interviews, or employment. Do not use the tool on a shared or public device unless you understand that device’s clipboard, print, download, browser-history, and extension settings.
Future changes
If a future version adds server-side AI, cloud storage, account history, DOCX/PDF upload, or third-party résumé processing, this notice and the Privacy Notice should be updated before that feature launches, and the interface should clearly disclose the change before a user submits data.
